SHIPPING + REFUND POLICY
PRODUCTION TIME: In-stock orders currently ship in 5 – 10 business days. Pre-sale orders of handcrafted items require extra production time and ship as noted on our product pages.
SHIPPING: You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships. Most USA orders deliver within 2-3 business days; HOWEVER, due to COVID, the USPS is experiencing delays that are out of our control. Please note that orders to Canada can often take 1 – 3 weeks due to customs and depending on what region the package is shipping to. PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT responsible for packages once USPS has marked them delivered… we simply cannot replace orders due to stolen packages, wrong address given, etc. Be sure to watch your tracking link and ensure that someone will be able to collect your package upon arrival.

EXCHANGE POLICY: If your item(s) arrived damaged, please email email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order to start the exchange process. Currently, as we are a very small shop, we are unable to offer refunds for any other reason.
